I couldn't agree with you more. Customer service no longer exists when dealing with the airlines, it's a real shame. I feel fortunate if a flight attendant even smiles much less offers to assist me with anything. The fact that they now even charge for those bags of peanuts proves the point, the airline industry needs help.
